Joint Account Control Agreement definition

Joint Account Control Agreement means that certain amended and restated joint account control agreement, entered into by and among Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as depositary bank and paying agent, Seller, Bank of America, N.A., Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC and Buyer, as the same shall be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
