Job Shadow is a part time employee who is regularly scheduled to cover days off of full time or reduced shift employee, not including stat, vacation, or float days.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider may terminateyour participation in the Job Shadow Program at any time, without disclosing the reason for such termination to you.

  • You shall release, indemnify and hold harmless MercyOne and the Provider, their members, directors,officers, colleagues, agents and representatives, from and against any and all responsibility and obligationfor your participation in the Observational Learning (Job Shadow) Program.
