Job Corps. ’ means the national Job Corps
Job Corps. ’ means the national Job Corps program established within the Department of Labor, as set forth in the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, Public Law No. 105– 220, §§ 141–161, 112 Stat. 1006–1021 (1998) (codified at 29 U.S.C. 2881–2901);
Job Corps means the program authorized by 29 U.S.C. 1691 et seq. which provides education, training, intensive counseling, and related assistance to economically disadvantaged young men and women.

  • Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Student Growth means the change in Student Achievement data for an individual student between two points in time. Growth may also include other measures that are rigorous and comparable across classrooms.

  • Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.

  • Home Health Care means the continual care and treatment of an individual if:

  • Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;

  • immigration officer means any person who is an immigration officer as defined in section 2 of the Immigration Act [Chapter 4:02];
