Japanese Collateral definition

Japanese Collateral means the items specified as such in Paragraph 13(b)(ii).
Japanese Collateral means all of the “Collateral” and “Mortgaged Property” (or similar terms) referred to in the Japanese Collateral Documents and all of the other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Japanese Collateral Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Secured Parties (or any of them).
Japanese Collateral means the inventory and equipment of the Borrower located from time to time at the Borrower's Place of Business in Fukui, Japan.

Examples of Japanese Collateral in a sentence

  • Where the collateral is Japanese Collateral, certain actions must be taken in Japan to perfect the security interest.

  • Registered Corporate Debt Securities registered in Japan and registered JGBs are, therefore, considered Japanese Collateral.

More Definitions of Japanese Collateral

Japanese Collateral means all and any Charged Property which is deemed under Japanese law to be situated in Japan.
Japanese Collateral means the Collateral secured by that certain Share Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company, as security grantor, the Administrative Agent and Checkpoint Manufacturing Japan Co. Ltd., as issuing company.
Japanese Collateral means the items specified as such in Paragraph 13(b)(ii). “Posted Japanese Collateral” means Posted Collateral consisting of Japanese Collateral. In connection with the incorporation of “"Base Currency”" and “"Base Currency Equivalent”," the definitions of “"Exposure”," "Independent Amount," "Interest Amount" and “"Threshold Amount”" shall be amended as follows:
Japanese Collateral means all Eligible Collateral transferred between the Japanese Party and the Counterparty.
Japanese Collateral means the items specified as such in section 5(a)(ix)(1) or (2)"Paragraph 13(b)(ii).

Related to Japanese Collateral

  • Canadian Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a Canadian Loan Party.

  • Priority Collateral means the ABL Priority Collateral or the Term Priority Collateral, as applicable.

  • Second Priority Collateral means any “Collateral” as defined in any Second Priority Debt Document or any other assets of the Borrower or any other Grantor with respect to which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted pursuant to a Second Priority Collateral Document as security for any Second Priority Debt Obligation.

  • Pledge Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Pledge Agreement.

  • Possessory Collateral means any Shared Collateral in the possession of a Collateral Agent (or its agents or bailees), to the extent that possession thereof perfects a Lien thereon under the Uniform Commercial Code of any jurisdiction. Possessory Collateral includes, without limitation, any Certificated Securities, Promissory Notes, Instruments, and Chattel Paper, in each case, delivered to or in the possession of the Collateral Agent under the terms of the First-Lien Security Documents.

  • Senior Collateral Agent means Citicorp USA, Inc., in its capacity as Senior Collateral Agent under the Senior Collateral Documents, and its successors.

  • Prepetition Collateral shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.1(b).

  • Swap Collateral means all right, title and interest of Party B in this Agreement, each Transaction hereunder, and all present and future amounts payable by Party A to Party B under or in connection with this Agreement or any Transaction governed by this Agreement, including, without limitation, any transfer or termination of any such Transaction.
