Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy means the Ixxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy of any Group Company restricting transactions in the securities of any Group Company by directors, executives and certain employees of any Group Company during certain times (such as closed periods) and setting out the procedure for obtaining clearance to deal in the securities of any Group Company.
