IXC Agreement definition

IXC Agreement means the IRU and Stock Purchase Agreement, dated as of July 22, 1997, between the Company and IXC, as amended, pursuant to which the Company acquired from IXC 20-year noncancellable indefeasible rights of use, as in effect on the date of the Indenture (or as further amended, from time to time, to the extent that such amendment has been determined by the Board of Directors, in good faith, not to adversely affect the Holders of the Notes).

  • Side Agreement means the Side Agreement for Transfer Agency Services between the Customer and Transfer Agent dated as of January 1, 2015.
