Items of Equipment means, collectively, each item of Equipment (including Replacement Items but excluding Replaced Items), unless the context requires otherwise.

Examples of Items of Equipment in a sentence

  • The proceeds of such insurance, at the option of the Secured Party or such assignee, as appropriate, will be applied toward (a) repair or replacement of the appropriate Item or Items of Equipment, (b) payment of the Casualty Value thereof and/or (c) payment of, or as provision for, satisfaction of any other accrued obligations of Debtor hereunder.

  • In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Item of Equipment, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Item of Equipment or Items of Equipment being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Item of Equipment with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Item of Equipment was the same Item of Equipment being replaced.

  • Any sale or other conveyance of any Items of Equipment by the Trustee made pursuant to the terms of this Indenture shall bind the Holders of the Equipment Notes and the Company and shall be effective to transfer or convey all right, title and interest of the Trustee, the Company and such Holders of the Equipment Notes in and to the Equipment.

  • Lessee will diligently and promptly pursue any valid claims it may have under the warranties assigned to it hereunder with respect to the Aircraft and other Items of Equipment.

  • AND FURTHER, the Company hereby acknowledges that the Items of Equipment and the Leases referred to in Schedule 1 attached hereto and made a part hereof have been delivered to the Company and are included in the property of the Company, subject to the pledge or mortgage thereof under the Indenture.

  • The Trustee shall, upon the written request of the Company, execute and deliver to, and at the expense of, the Person specified by the Company, an appropriate instrument (in due form for recording) furnished by such Person to the Trustee, releasing the appropriate Items of Equipment from the Lien of this Indenture.

Items of Equipment means all of the those railcars as described in Schedule A hereto, and any railcars acquired at any time and from time to time by the Borrower, together with all accessories, equipment, parts, additions, improvements, accessions, attachments, repairs and appurtenances appertaining or attached to such railcars, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by Borrower, and all substitutions, replacements, accumulations or proceeds of any and all of said railcars.

Related to Items of Equipment

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Equipments and ‘Plants’ shall mean and include all sorts of machineries and accessories, apparatus, instruments, components manufactured articles and parts etc. to be supplied or provided by the contractor under the terms of the contract , unless otherwise specified

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Aircraft means any machine that can derive support in the atmosphere from the reactions of the air other than the reactions of the air against the earth’s surface;

  • Items means the finished goods or services which are intended for export from the United States, either directly or as an Indirect Export, meet the U.S. Content requirements in accordance with Section 2.01(b)(ii) of this Agreement and are specified in Section 4.A. of the Loan Authorization Agreement.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Engines means, as of any date of determination, all Engines then leased hereunder.
