IT Resource means: IT infrastructure, cloud services, software, and/or hardware with computing and/or networking capability that is Supplier owned/managed or UC- owned, or a personally owned device that stores Institutional Information, is connected to UC systems, is connected to UC networks, or is used for UC business. IT Resources include, but are not limited to: personal and mobile computing systems and devices,

IT Resources include, but are not limited to: personal and mobile computing systems and devices, mobile phones, printers, network devices, industrial control systems (including but not limited to: SCADA, PLCs, DPC, Operational Technology, etc.), access control systems, digital video monitoring systems, data storage systems, data processing systems, backup systems, electronic and physical media, biometric and access tokens, Internet of Things (IoT), or any other device that connects to any UC network.

IT Resource means any hardware, software, data access or staffing service. “OITS” means the DCFS / Office of Information Technology Services.

IT Resource or “IT resources” includes (and is not limited to) the following that are owned by and/or operated or managed by the College, or that are licensed to the College or operated by an external organization on behalf of the College: software, systems, networks, computers, or any other computing resource or hardware, servers (physical or virtual), data storage or network devices, email servers, print and fax servers, telephone systems, magnetic media or network and any other communication devices;

  • Renewable resource means: (a) Water; (b) wind; (c) solar

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from

  • Natural Resource or “Natural Resources” shall mean land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources, belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.
