  • The Security Plan shall be fully reviewed and updated by the Service Provider regularly to reflect: emerging changes in Good Industry Practice; any change or proposed change to the IT Environment, the Services and/or associated processes; any new perceived or changed security threats; and any reasonable change in requirement requested by the Purchaser.

  • The Service Provider shall not be responsible to Client for loss of use of the IT Environment or for any other liabilities arising from alterations, additions, adjustments, service, repairs, or maintenance which have been made to the IT Environment other than by authorized representatives of the Service Provider.

More Definitions of IT Environment

IT Environment means (1) the computer systems of the Licensee Group, and (2) the computer systems of IT Suppliers but only to the extent these systems are used to provide IT Services to one or more of the Licensee Group.
IT Environment has the meaning given in clause 2.2(b)(i);

Materials: means all items, not exclusively limited to software, documentation, equipment or computing facilities, made available by the Client or a third-party, necessary for the performance of the Services, that the Client undertakes to acquire prior to the start of the Services or when required for the performance of the Services. Particular Conditions: means any document referring to General Terms and Conditions specifying the Services, prices, name of the Client and any other specific stipulation applicable to the Contract. Party: means either the Client or HARDIS GROUP.
IT Environment means all HP-OMS Hardware, HP-OMS Software, Customer Software, Customer's proprietary Software and any Hardware or Software under Third Party Contracts.
IT Environment has the meaning set out in EXHIBIT A to the Agreement.
