Issuing Party definition

Issuing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.2 (Review).

Issuing Party means the Party that issues a Dispute Notice under section 23.2.

Issuing Party shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 28.10.

• B29.6 The Receiving Party may issue an Excusing Notice to the Issuing Party within 5 Business Days of the date of the Contract Query Notice.
