Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. Each Issuing Lender shall, on the first Business Day of each month, provide to Administrative Agent and Borrower a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each Letter of Credit, the account party, the original face amount (if any), and the expiration date of any Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during the preceding month, and any other information relating to such Letter of Credit that the Administrative Agent may request.
Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. Any Issuing Lender other than PNC shall, on the first Business Day of each month, provide to Administrative Agent and Borrowers a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each Letter of Credit, the account party (if applicable), the original face amount (if any), and the expiration date of any Letter of Credit of such Lender outstanding at any time during the preceding month, and any other information relating to such Letters of Credit that the Administrative Agent may request.
Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. Each Issuing Lender shall, on the first Business Day of each month, provide to the Revolving/TLA Administrative Agent and the Borrower a schedule of the Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance satisfactory to the Revolving/TLA Administrative Agent, showing the date of issuance of each Letter of Credit, the account party, the original face amount (if any), and the expiration date of any Letter of Credit outstanding at any time during the preceding month, and any other information relating to such Letter of Credit that the Revolving/TLA Administrative Agent may request.

In addition to the notices required by Section 2.20.4, each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the tenth Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Administrative Agent, upon the Administrative Agent's request, schedules, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and the reference number of each Letter of Credit issued by it outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount payable by the Borrower during such month. In addition, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Lender shall furnish to the Administrative Agent copies of any Letter of Credit and any application for or reimbursement agreement with respect to a Letter of Credit to which such Issuing Lender is party and such other documentation as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent. Upon the request of any Lender, the Administrative Agent will provide to such Lender information concerning such Letters of Credit.
Issuing Lender Reporting Requirements. Each Issuing Lender other than the Agent shall give the Agent written or telex notice, or telephonic notice confirmed promptly thereafter in writing, of the issuance of any Letter of Credit, provided, however, that the failure to provide such notice shall not result in any liability on the part of such Issuing Lender. Each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the tenth Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Agent, upon the Agent's request, schedules, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and the reference number of each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender and outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount payable by the Borrower during such month. In addition, upon the request of the Agent, each Issuing Lender shall furnish to the Agent copies of any Letter of Credit and any application for or reimbursement agreement with respect to a Letter of Credit to which the Issuing Lender is party and such other documentation as may reasonably be requested by the Agent. Upon the request of any Lender, the Agent will provide to such Lender information concerning such Letters of Credit.

Each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the fifth Business Day following the last day of each calendar month and on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter (or, to the extent that the Administrative Agent so agrees, not more than two Business Days thereafter), provide to the Administrative Agent and the Company separate schedules for Commercial Domestic Letters of Credit and Standby Domestic Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, setting forth the aggregate Domestic L/C Obligations outstanding to such Issuing Lender at the end of each month or calendar quarter, as the case may be, and any information requested by the Administrative Agent or the Company relating to the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and reference number of each Domestic Letter of Credit issued by it. Promptly following receipt by the Administrative Agent of the quarterly schedule, the Administrative Agent shall provide to each Revolving Credit Lender a report containing such information.

In addition to the reports required by Section 2.2.2(c), each Issuing Lender shall, no later than the tenth Business Day following the last day of each month, provide to the Agent a schedule of Facility Letters of Credit issued by it, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, showing the date of issue, account party, amount, expiration date and the reference number of each Facility Letter of Credit issued by it outstanding at any time during such month and the aggregate amount payable by the Borrower during the month pursuant. Copies of such reports shall be provided promptly to the Borrower and each Lender by the Agent.
