Issuer Trust definition

Issuer Trust has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Guarantee Agreement.

More Definitions of Issuer Trust

Issuer Trust means the statutory trust created under the laws of the State of Delaware and identified on the cover page to this Trust Agreement.
