Issuer Transaction Accounts definition

Issuer Transaction Accounts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Transaction Accounts, the Second Issuer Transaction Accounts and the Third Issuer Transaction Accounts and in relation to any New Issuer, the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule relating to that Issuer;
Issuer Transaction Accounts means the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts; and
Issuer Transaction Accounts means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Transaction Accounts, the Second Issuer Transaction Accounts and the Third

  • In administering the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts on behalf of the Current Issuer and the Note Trustee, the Current Issuer Cash Manager shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 2 prior to receipt by the Current Issuer Cash Manager of a copy of any Current Issuer Note Enforcement Notice served on the Current Issuer.

  • The Current Issuer Cash Manager undertakes (to the extent to which the same is within its control in its capacity as Current Issuer Cash Manager) that at the Closing Date the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts will be operative and that the Current Issuer Cash Manager will not knowingly create or permit to subsist any Security Interest in relation to the Current Issuer Transaction Accounts other than as created under or permitted pursuant to the Current Issuer Deed of Charge.

Issuer Transaction Accounts means the Issuer Collection Account, the Interest Proceeds Account and the Principal Proceeds Account.

Related to Issuer Transaction Accounts

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. as Master Servicer for HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

  • Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
