Issuer Subsidiary definition

Issuer Subsidiary means any subsidiary of the Issuer.
Issuer Subsidiary means either or both, as the context may require, of (i) each Subsidiary of the Issuer existing on the Closing Date and listed on Schedule 2 to the Indenture, and (ii) each other direct or indirect Subsidiary of the Issuer.
Issuer Subsidiary means each direct or indirect subsidiary of the Issuer, whether acquired on or after the Initial Closing Date (including each trust of which the Issuer or a subsidiary thereof is the holder of the beneficial interest).

  • The Issuer shall not, and shall not permit any Issuer Subsidiary to, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any Aircraft or any interest therein other than as provided in Section 4(e) of Schedule 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
