Issuer Sublimit definition

Issuer Sublimit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(l)(ii).
Issuer Sublimit means (i) in the case of Citibank, in its capacity as Issuer, $25,000,000 and (ii) in the case of any other Issuer, the amount agreed to between such Issuer and the Borrower at the time such Issuer becomes an Issuer.
Issuer Sublimit means, as applicable, an Issuer 2020 Sublimit or an Issuer 2022 Sublimit.

  • If, after giving effect to any prepayment of the Revolving Credit Commitments that results in a reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Letter of Credit Sublimit exceeds the amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments, such sublimit shall be automatically reduced by the amount of such excess (including a corresponding reduction to each Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Issuer Sublimit (ratably) unless otherwise agreed by the Borrower and each applicable Issuing Bank).

Issuer Sublimit means with respect to each L/C Issuer on the ThirdFourth Amendment Effective Date, an amount equal to the amount set forth opposite the name of such L/C Issuer on Schedule 2.03, as such amount may be changed after the ThirdFourth Amendment Effective Date in a written agreement between the Administrative Borrower and such L/C Issuer (which such agreement shall be promptly delivered to the Administrative Agent upon execution) and (b) with respect to any Lender becoming a L/C Issuer after the ThirdFourth Amendment Effective Date, such amount as may be separately agreed in writing between such L/C Issuer and the Administrative Borrower from time to time (which such agreement shall be promptly delivered to the Administrative Agent upon execution), provided that the Issuer Sublimit with respect to any Person that ceases to be an L/C Issuer for any reason pursuant to the terms hereof shall be $0 (subject to the Letters of Credit of such Person remaining outstanding in accordance with the provisions hereof).
