Issuer Party definition

Issuer Party means any of the Issuer, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or "controlling person" (as such term is used in the Securities Act) of any of the foregoing.

Issuer Party or “Issuer Parties” shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 8.01.

• Certain modes of the SERVICE involve the reservation by VOZTELECOM of certain numbers (DID International) for the USER if he or she requests this.

Issuer Party means the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and “Issuer Parties” means all of them.
