Issuer Note definition

Issuer Note means the promissory note evidencing Xxxxxxxx’s repayment obligations in respect of the Issuer Loan.
Issuer Note means the promissory note evidencing Borrower’s repayment obligations in respect of the Issuer Loan.

  • Following service of a Master Issuer Note Enforcement Notice on the Master Issuer, the Master Issuer Security Trustee or any Receiver appointed by the Master Issuer Security Trustee will administer the Master Issuer Accounts in accordance with the terms of the Master Issuer Deed of Charge.

  • Each of the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar shall notify the Master Issuer of the delivery by it in accordance herewith of any replacement Master Issuer Note, specifying the serial number thereof and the serial number respectively (if known) of the Master Issuer Note which it replaces and confirm (if such be the case) that the Master Issuer Note which it replaces has been cancelled or destroyed and the Registrar shall, in addition, as promptly as is practicable, enter such details on the Register.

  • The Principal Paying Agent shall not be responsible for the designation of any clearing system account on behalf of any holder of any Definitive Note exchangeable for a Global Master Issuer Note in accordance with Clause 3.8 of the Master Issuer Trust Deed.

  • Each Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of beneficial interests in a Global Master Issuer Note or any Definitive Note (as the case may be) and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Master Issuer or any holders or owners of any Master Issuer Notes or with any other party hereto in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Master Issuer or the Note Trustee in relation to the Master Issuer Notes.


More Definitions of Issuer Note

Issuer Note means, while any Series and Class of Issuer Notes are represented by a Global Note Certificate, such Global Note Certificate, and while any Series and Class of Issuer Notes are represented by one or more Individual Note Certificates, such Individual Note Certificates.
Issuer Note means one or more promissory notes issued by Pan-Western to the Issuer evidencing its indebtedness to the Issuer.

Related to Issuer Note

  • Borrower Note means the “Borrower Note” as defined in the Borrower Loan Agreement.
