Issue Price definition

Issue Price. With respect to each Class of Certificates, the “issue price” as defined in the Code and Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder.
Issue Price means, in respect of a Tranche of ETP Securities, the amount per ETP Security specified in the Final Terms.

More Definitions of Issue Price

Issue Price means the price at which Units may be issued, determined in accordance with the Trust Deed.
