Examples of Issue Currency in a sentence
If the Issue Currency so purchased exceeds the sum originally due to the Holders in respect of any such Securities, the Holders agree to pay to the Issuer an amount equal to the excess of the Issue Currency so purchased over the sum originally due to the Holders.
The obligation of the Issuer with respect to any sum due from it to the Holders shall, notwithstanding any judgment in a currency other than the Issue Currency, not be discharged until the first Business Day following receipt by Holders of any sum in such other currency, and only to the extent that Holders may in accordance with normal banking procedures purchase the Issue Currency with such other currency.
If the Issue Currency so purchased is less than the sum originally due to the Holders in respect of any such Securities, the Company agrees notwithstanding any such judgment, to indemnify the Holders against such loss.
