Issuable Shares definition

Issuable Shares means (i) before a Triggering Event, Preferred Shares and Common Shares, and (ii) thereafter, Preferred Shares and Common Shares, Common Stock Equivalents or other shares of capital stock of the Corporation for which a Right may be exercised.
Issuable Shares means the Purchased Shares and the Warrant Shares.
Issuable Shares means the Conversion Share and the Warrant Shares.

  • The Purchaser represents that it has been advised and understands that, subject to applicable securities laws, stop transfer instructions will be given to the Company’s Transfer Agent with respect to the Securities and that a legend, substantially in the form provided for in Section 3.2(f) hereof, setting forth the restrictions on transfer will be set forth on the certificates for the Issuable Shares or any substitutions therefor.

More Definitions of Issuable Shares

Issuable Shares shall include any other securities issued in respect of any of such securities.
Issuable Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion of the Notes and upon the exercise of the Warrants.
