ISDA Documents definition

ISDA Documents means the Master ISDAs, trade confirmations under the Master ISDAs or otherwise, Credit Support issued in connection with Master ISDAs, the ISDA Security Documents and each of the other agreements, schedules, annexes, confirmations, documents and instruments providing for, relating to or evidencing any other ISDA Obligations, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with, or giving rise to, any ISDA Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, replaced, refinanced or extended, restructured or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time in accordance with its terms and with the provisions of this Agreement.
ISDA Documents means the form of ISDA master agreement, schedule and associated confirmations used from time to time by BoS for entities like the Borrower together with all other documents referred to in, or supplemental to, such documentation.
ISDA Documents means the Master ISDA Agreements, trade confirmations under the Master ISDA Agreements or otherwise, letters of credit and guarantees issued in connection with Master ISDA Agreements, the ISDA Security Documents and each of the other agreements, schedules, annexes, confirmations, documents and instruments providing for, relating to or evidencing any other ISDA Obligations, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with, or giving rise to, any ISDA Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, as each may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, replaced, refinanced or extended, restructured or otherwise modified, in whole or in party, from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Examples of ISDA Documents in a sentence

  • A “Wholesale Transfer” means a transfer by Sempra and its Affiliates of all of their rights, title and interest in, to or under (x) the ISDA Documents and (y) all (but not less than all) of the shares of Class B Common Stock held by Sempra (together with its Affiliates) as of the date of such transfer to any Person that is not an Affiliate of Sempra and is mutually acceptable to Sempra and the Corporation.

  • SET may also undertake lawful proprietary activities, including hedging transactions related to the initiation or termination of a transaction, that may adversely affect the market price, rate, index or other market factor(s) underlying the transactions contemplated by the ISDA Documents and consequently the value of the transactions contemplated by the ISDA Documents.

  • Subject in all respects to restrictions on the sale of Mortgaged Property set forth in the ISDA Documents, Mortgagors shall not enter into any purchase and sale transaction the terms of which value the Mortgage Property at prices below prevailing market prices.

  • The parties agree that if payments provided for by this Assignment are less than the sum or sums then due on the Secured Indebtedness, such sum or sums then due shall nevertheless be paid by Mortgagors in accordance with the provisions of the ISDA Documents evidencing the Secured Indebtedness, and neither this Assignment nor any provisions hereof shall in any manner be construed to affect the terms and provisions of such ISDA Documents.

More Definitions of ISDA Documents

ISDA Documents means the documentation governing transactions contemplated and permitted by the ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc) Master Agreement, Schedule and any applicable Credit Support Annex and the relevant confirmation for the specific transaction entered into specifically in relation to the Fund.
ISDA Documents means the collective reference to the ISDA Master Agreement, the ISDA Schedule, the ISDA Credit Support Annex, and each Confirmation between the Hedge Provider and the Counterparty entered into from time to time under the ISDA Master Agreement.
ISDA Documents means this Agreement, the ISDA, the Mortgage, and the other Credit Support Documents, including, without limitation, the Lockbox Documents, Deposit Account Control Agreement, Notices of Assignment of Proceeds and Letters in Lieu (each of the foregoing as amended, supplemented, restated, extended or replaced from time to time), and all other documents, instruments, agreements, financing statements, certificates and consents executed and delivered in connection with the foregoing, and all amendments, supplements, restatements, and modifications of, or substitutions for, any of the foregoing.

Related to ISDA Documents

  • LC Documents means the Letters of Credit and all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals.   • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Securities Documents means all reports, offering circulars, proxy statements, registration statements and all similar documents filed, or required to be filed, pursuant to the Securities Laws.
