Irrigation Equipment definition

Irrigation Equipment means all below ground, surface and above ground irrigation equipment at the Property, including without limitation water well structures, pumps, motors, casings, risers, above and below ground pipes and pipelines, culverts, overhead irrigation equipment, drip irrigation equipment, pivot irrigation equipment, accessories and all related power and control units and systems, as applicable, if and to the extent any such exist on the date hereof. All the Irrigation Equipment shall be deemed to be part of the Improvements to be conveyed to Purchaser.
Irrigation Equipment means all below ground, surface and above ground irrigation equipment at the Property, including without limitation water xxxxx, pumps, casings, risers, above and below ground pipes and pipelines, culverts, and overhead, drip, and pivot irrigation equipment, and all related power units, as applicable. All the Irrigation Equipment shall be deemed to be part of the Improvements to be conveyed to Purchaser, as more particularly set forth on Schedule 1. The Irrigation Equipment does not include the items owned by the Tenant or the Subtenant.

Related to Irrigation Equipment

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.
