Irrevocable Notice definition

Irrevocable Notice means a notice to CBH Grain from the Supplier’s financial institution that directs CBH Grain to pay one or more Payment Instalments directly to a particular financial institution instead of the Supplier.
Irrevocable Notice means a notice to the Buyer from the Supplier’s financial institution that directs the Buyer to pay monies directly to a particular financial institution instead of the Supplier.

  • Reasonable notice means, at a minimum:

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
