Irrevocable Instructions definition

Irrevocable Instructions has the meaning provided in Section 4.2(a).

Irrevocable Instructions means the irrevocable instructions granted jointly by the Sellers and Impco to the Fiduciary Company on 3 October 2002, which, together with the Fiduciary Terms, govern the escrow of the Quota.

Irrevocable Instructions means that certain Irrevocable Direction to Transfer of the Authority to, and acknowledged by, the County Auditor-Controller and the County Treasurer and Tax Collector and the Administrator, dated as of the Closing Date for the Bonds.

Irrevocable Instructions means those certain Irrevocable Instruction and Agreements by and between LBI Holdings I, Inc., Xxxxxxxx Broadcasting, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and the applicable holders of the Alta Warrants to be executed in connection with the IPO, as such agreements may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, substantially in the form delivered to the Administrative Agent.

Irrevocable Instructions means the GFG and MGN Irrevocable Instructions and the Maple Ficus Irrevocable Instructions.

Irrevocable Instructions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3 hereof.
