IPO Closing definition

IPO Closing means the initial closing of the sale of the Class A Common Stock in the IPO.

• The representations and warranties of the Agent contained in this Agreement shall be true and correct at the time of the IPO Closing as though they were made at the IPO Closing.

IPO Closing means the delivery to the Underwriters of Parent Shares against the receipt of payment therefor pursuant to the IPO.
