IP Working Group definition

IP Working Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.13.

  • The IP Working Group will meet in person or by teleconference or videoconference when and as reasonably requested by a representative to the IP Working Group but no less than quarterly.

  • The IP Working Group will be chaired by the Selecta representative.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 10.2.1, 10.2.3 or 10.2.5, the Collaboration IP Working Group shall discuss all decisions regarding patent term extensions in the Territory, including in the United States with respect to extensions pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 156 et.

  • Each Party may replace its representatives on the IP Working Group at any time by providing notice in writing to the other Party.

  • The Publication Working Group will include the members of the Collaboration IP Working Group and will be responsible for preparing and providing to the JSC, on a [**] basis, a [**] plan for publications related to the Programs, Collaboration Candidates and Products, for the JSC’s review and approval.

  • The IP Working Group shall (a) review and discuss intellectual property matters relating to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product in the Field, and (b) in the case of Joint IP, determining which Party shall be the Joint IP Prosecuting Party for such Joint IP.

  • In addition to the Joint R&D Working Group set forth in Section 5.3.1(a), the Joint IP Working Group set forth in Section 5.3.1(b) and the Joint CMC Working Group set forth in Section 5.3.1(c), from time to time, the Parties (by mutual agreement), the JGC or any Subcommittee (each, a “Committee”) may establish one (1) or more working groups (each, a “Working Group”) to oversee particular projects or activities.

Related to IP Working Group

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.
