IP Transit Service definition

IP Transit Service means the Internet connectivity service provided to the Customer for access to the Internet enabled by a Local Access Circuit, and/or a Cross Connect, which may or may not include Company Supplied Equipment. The connecting of the Customer Location with a Company POP is accomplished through either of the following methods.

IP Transit Service means the deployment of the physical and commercial connections maintained by the Company in Sydney, to enable telecommunications traffic on the cable system, to be delivered to and received from the Internet;

Examples of IP Transit Service in a sentence

  • In the event the Customer procures Hosted Internet Gateway from Vocus, the Customer agrees to comply with the terms of the Vocus Internet And IP Transit Service Schedule.

  • Liquid Telecom shall provide the IP Transit Service, as indicated in the COF as well as the provisions of the Agreement.

  • In order to have access to the IP Transit Service, a Local Loop Access Circuit is required which is not included in the Interne Service.

  • The hours of operation of the IP Transit Service shall normally be twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.

  • The Customer must ensure that optimum environmental conditions as may be required for the proper management and/or functioning of the IP Transit Service, such as adequate ventilation, lighting and wall space.

  • Transit Service means the delivery of Transit Traffic.
