IP Services definition

IP Services means such services as Xxxx xxxxx reasonably necessary, desirable or helpful to evidence, maintain, protect or enforce Hana’s rights as set forth under the Services Agreement, and as further defined in Section 8.6.2.
IP Services means communications services using internet protocol (IP) in their delivery, including session initiation protocol (SIP), voice over internet protocol (VoIP), hosted IP voice or similar IP-based technologies or applications.
IP Services includes, without limitation, the following activities:

Examples of IP Services in a sentence

  • The Private IP Service Level Agreement (“PIP SLA”) covers Global Private IP Services (collectively, the “Service” or “Private IP Service”).

  • Use of Verizon IP Services must comply with the AUP of the countries from which Customer uses such Services (in the event no AUP exists for a country, the U.S. AUP will apply).

  • Use of Verizon IP Services must comply with the then current version of the AUP of the countries from which Customer uses such Services (in the event no AUP exists for a country, the U.S. AUP will apply).

  • Threatening Material or Content: IP Services shall not be used to host, post, transmit, or re-transmit any content or material (or to create a domain name or operate from a domain name), that harasses, or threatens the health or safety of others.

IP Services means, collectively, the IP Development Services and the IP Management Services.
IP Services means the services provided on behalf of the Franchisor and the Master Issuer with respect to the Securitization IP, including performing the Franchisor’s obligations as licensor under the IP License Agreements and the Master Issuer’s obligations with respect to the Securitization IP under the Indenture; exercising the Franchisor’s rights under the IP License Agreements (and under any other agreements pursuant to which the Franchisor licenses the use of or discloses any Securitization IP), including all rights and obligations with respect to Trademarks included in the Securitization IP; and acquiring, developing, managing, maintaining, protecting, enforcing, defending, licensing, sublicensing and undertaking such other duties and services as may be necessary in connection with the Securitization IP, on behalf of the Franchisor, in each case in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement (including the Managing Standard, unless the Franchisor determines, in its sole discretion, that additional action is necessary or desirable in furtherance of the protection of the Securitization IP, in which case the Manager shall perform such IP Services and additional related services as are reasonably requested by the Franchisor), the Indenture, the other Related Documents and the Managed Documents, as agent for the Franchisor and/or Master Issuer, as applicable, including the following activities:
IP Services means services or products that provide (or include) internet services, including but not limited to, any service providing access to the internet or using internet protocols, any hosting services (data/content hosting, server hosting, web hosting, e-mail services, etc.) or any other services provided over our network or the internet;
IP Services means performing, administering or managing consistent with the Managing Standard each Securitization Entity’s obligations as licensor under the IP License Agreements; each Securitization Entity’s rights under the IP License Agreements (and under any other agreements pursuant to which each Securitization Entity licenses the use of any Securitization IP); and the management of the Securitization IP consistent with the Managing Standard, on behalf of each Securitization Entity, in each case in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement (including the Managing Standard, unless an IP Holder determines, in its sole discretion, that additional action is necessary or desirable in furtherance of the protection of the Securitization IP, in which case the Manager shall perform such IP Services and additional related services as are reasonably requested by such IP Holder). For clarity, the management of Securitization IP includes responsibility for acquiring, developing, managing, maintaining, abandoning, protecting, enforcing, defending, seeking or opting to avoid the cost of seeking remedies and redress, licensing, sublicensing and undertaking such other duties and services as may be necessary to do or not to do in connection with the Securitization IP. The Manager is also responsible under this Agreement for the management of, the Indenture, the other Related Documents and the Managed Documents, as agent for the Securitization Entities, including to the extent such activities are required pursuant to the Managing Standard, the following activities:
IP Services shall collectively refer to dedicated Internet access ("DIA") services, web hosting services, and virtual private network ("VPN") services (including, without limitation, network, customer premises equipment ("CPE"), dial and DSL). (5) Metro Backhaul - "Metro Backhaul" shall mean local services utilized to provide connectivity from Jato's central offices where Jato's DSL equipment is located to Jato switching centers in cities where Qwest's backbone service areas overlap. (6) Qwest Agreements - "Qwest Agreements" shall collectively refer to the Wholesale Agreement (as defined in Section 2.1(1)) and the IP Agreement (as defined in Section 2.1(2)).
IP Services means Telecommunications Services that utilize the IP (Internet Protocol) protocol as defined by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Examples of IP Services:
IP Services. The definition of “IP Services” in Section 1.1 of the Canadian Management Agreement is hereby amended by (I) deleting the word “and” immediately following clause (l) thereof, (II) replacing the period “.” at the end of clause (m) thereof with “; and” and (III) adding the following clause (n) at the end thereof. “(n) maintaining, registering, updating or taking any such actions the applicable Manager deems appropriate to enable the applicable SPV Franchising Entity to use any domain names, including managing and holding such domain names in the name of such Manager in the WhoIS database.”
