IP License Agreement definition

IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.

IP License Agreement means that certain Intellectual Property License and Coexistence Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

IP License Agreement means the IP License Agreement, between VPG, as licensor, and Vishay or a Subsidiary of Vishay, as licensee, for the license of certain Intellectual Property relating to the manufacture of strain gages, substantially in the form of Exhibit B.
