IP Fees definition

IP Fees means fees or other charges required to be paid to a governmental agency, office or entity to secure and maintain intellectual property rights and include filing fees, registration fees, issue fees, maintenance fees, annual taxes and annuities; (ii) "IP EXPENSES" shall mean fees, costs or other charges related to securing and maintaining intellectual property rights other than IP Fees and Translating Expenses; and (iii) "TRANSLATING EXPENSES" shall mean fees, costs or other charges related to translating patent applications.

IP Fees means all the expenses paid by Prince Sultan University during the Application filing & processing of protection of the IP. It may also include the expenses involved in, any litigation and defense cases of the Intellectual Property belonging to PSU.

Related to IP Fees

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Royalty Fee means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.
