When the project is complete (or established billing intervals) and customer acceptance signature is obtained, CTSO will establish final billing to customer. Asset Management will issue invoice and send per instructions on the Purchase Order. Sprint PCS requires one invoice for each purchase order. Combining invoices is not acceptable. Invoice amount will not exceed Purchase Order amount. *Exception: Philadelphia - Equipment and Services will be ordered on the same purchase order issued by Sprint PCS Purchasing. The invoicing as agreed to by SPCS and Asset Management will be progressive billing.
