Investor Status definition

Investor Status means compliance with the statutory requirement to collect and verify information on all users of the Platform in order to comply with legislation and regulations regarding AML, CTF, KYC plus ensure that only Sophisticated Investors are permitted to access and to trade on our Platform.
Investor Status means the status of a Securities Holder, or prospective Securities Holder (if applicable), as reflected on ZBoS, which status shall reflect such person as a Qualified Investor or Unqualified Investor or shall reflect that the applicable Securities are held as a Mandated Investment, as the case may be;
