Investor Requirements definition

Investor Requirements means all responsibilities and obligations established or promulgated by a Security Party.
Investor Requirements means any outstanding contractual, legal and regulatory obligation of the Company or any Subsidiary to any Investor, including but not limited to, the representations, warranties and covenants made by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Investor.

More Definitions of Investor Requirements

Investor Requirements means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the documentation and other requirements (including, without limitation, all those set forth in the applicable Sale Agreement and Takeout Commitment) for the purchase by the Approved Takeout Investor of such Mortgage Loan.
