Investor Reports definition

Investor Reports means the monthly report, substantially in the form of Schedule 3 (which report may from time to time include additional disclosure) to the Cash Management Agreement, made available on the Issuer’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/ca/investor- relations/debt-info/legislative-covered-bond-program.html detailing information with respect to the Programme, each Series of Covered Bonds and the Covered Bond Portfolio, in each case as required pursuant to Annex H to the CMHC Guide;
Investor Reports means the monthly report made available to the Bond Trustee, the Rating Agencies and investors detailing, inter alia, that the Asset Coverage Test is met and other information required by the Guide;
Investor Reports means the ongoing quarterly investor reports required under Article 7(1)(e) of the Securitisation Regulations and the Article 7 Technical Standards applicable thereto.

  • The Prospectus discloses (or, for Existing Securities only, either the Prospectus discloses or the Issuer or the Originator undertake in the Originator Certificate that all subsequent Investor Reports will disclose) the payment frequency of the Underlying Assets.

  • The Issuer or the Originator undertakes that from the Issue Date to the date the last Security is redeemed in full Investor Reports will be made available to investors, potential investors and firms that generally provide services to investors and will be updated on a periodic basis.

Investor Reports. The quarterly investor reports in the form prescribed pursuant to and in accordance with the Transparency Requirements. “Irish Listing Agent”: The meaning specified in Section 7.2. “IRS”: The United States Internal Revenue Service. “Issuer”: The Person named as such on the first page of this Indenture until a successor Person shall have become the Issuer pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Issuer” shall mean such successor Person. “Issuer Order” and “Issuer Request”: A written order or request (which may be a standing order or request) dated and signed in the name of the Issuer or by an Officer of the Issuer or, to the extent permitted herein, by the Collateral Manager by an Officer thereof, on behalf of the Issuer. For the avoidance of doubt, an order or request provided in an email or other electronic communication by an Officer of the Issuer or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer shall constitute an Issuer Order, unless the Trustee otherwise requests that such Issuer Order be in writing. For purposes of Section 10.10 and Article XII of this Indenture and the release, sale or acquisition of any Assets thereunder, “Issuer Order” or “Issuer Request” shall also mean delivery to the Trustee on behalf of the Issuer (or the Collateral Manager on its behalf), by email or otherwise in writing, of a trade ticket, confirmation of trade, trade blotter, instruction to post or to commit to the trade, “SWIFT” message, message via Markit Loan Settlement Custodial Services (Markit CIDD) or any other electronic communication or language, which shall constitute a direction and certification that the transaction is in compliance with and satisfies all applicable provisions of Section 10.10 and Article XII of this Indenture. “Issuer Resolution”: A resolution of the members or the designated manager of the Issuer. “Junior Class”: With respect to a particular Class of Debt, each Class of Debt that is subordinated to such Class, as indicated in Section 2.3.
Investor Reports means quarterly investor reports prepared to satisfy the requirements under the Transparency Requirements.
Investor Reports has the meaning given in Section 7(b).
Investor Reports means the Quarterly Investor Data Tapes, the Monthly Investor Reports and the Quarterly Investor Reports.

Related to Investor Reports

  • Investor Report means a report, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E or in such other form as is mutually agreed to by the Transferor and each Administrative Agent, furnished by the Collection Agent pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report, dated June 12, 2009, prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Golder Associated Ltd. and submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • Monthly Servicer Report means a report substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A-1 to the Servicing Agreement or in such other form as shall be agreed between the Servicer (with prior consent of the Back-Up Servicer) and the Trustee; provided, however, that no such other agreed form shall serve to exclude information expressly required by this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.
