Investor Profile definition

Investor Profile means the document completed by the Client for the purpose of enabling the IMA Operator to assess and consider the Client's investment objectives, financial situation, needs and other relevant personal circumstances.
Investor Profile means a profile created for the Investor on the Platform, permitting the Investor to configure his user parameters, consult his portfolio of Notes, the balance of his Cash Balance, and to request new investments.
Investor Profile means the document completed by the Client for the purpose of enabling the MDA Operator to assess and consider the Client's investment objectives, financial situation, needs and other relevant personal circumstances.

More Definitions of Investor Profile

Investor Profile means a Client allocated investor profile which is derived following the review by the Bank of the information that is collected from the Client, via the completion by the Client of the Bank’s relevant questionnaires (as these are updated from time to time) and by applying a set of rules and scoring process (including for Clients Appropriateness and Suitability), as described under the MiFID Information Package (Part 1 of 2: General Information Package).

  • Investor Presentation is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Investor is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Investor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

  • Strategic Investor means a Corporation, partnership or other entity engaged in one or more Telecommunications Businesses that has, or 80% or more of the Voting Stock of which is owned by a Person that has, an equity market capitalization, at the time of its initial Investment in the Company or in a Permitted Joint Venture with the Company, in excess of $2 billion.

  • Investor Group means the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns.

A person is considered an Investment Person only as to those client accounts or types of client accounts as to which he or she is designated by Personal Trading Compliance or the Chief Compliance Officer as such. As to other accounts, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • Special purpose spray adhesive means an aerosol adhesive that meets any of the following definitions:

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Exempt commercial purchaser means any person purchasing commercial insurance that, at the time of placement, meets the following requirements:

  • Loan Investor means any Person (including an Agency) having a beneficial interest in any mortgage loan originated, purchased or serviced by the Bank or a security backed by or representing an interest in any such mortgage loan;

  • Exempt Investor means any of the following Irish Residents: (i) the Administrator, for so

  • Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Purchase means a transaction that is initiated or directed by a Shareholder that results in a transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund, but does not include transactions that are executed: (i) automatically pursuant to a contractual or systematic program or enrollment such as transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund as a result of “dollar cost averaging” programs, insurance company approved asset allocation programs, or automatic rebalancing programs; (ii) pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iii) one-time step-up in Contract value pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iv) allocation of assets to a Fund through a Contract as a result of payments such as loan repayments, scheduled contributions, retirement plan salary reduction contributions, or planned premium payments to the Contract; or (v) pre-arranged transfers at the conclusion of a required free look period.

  • Investment Canada Act means the Investment Canada Act (Canada).

  • Multi-family housing means a building or structure that is designed to house two (2) or more different households in separate housing Units which have full kitchen facilities including oven/range, refrigerator, kitchen sink with hot and cold water supply and food storage facilities and at least one (1) full bathroom facility(s), one (1) full bedroom and one (1) living area (including a combination thereof such as studio arrangements).

  • investor of a Party means a Party or state enterprise thereof, or a person of that Party, that seeks to make, makes, or has made an investment; and

  • Permitted Transaction means any transaction involving (i) a Swap that is not a Required Transaction or (ii) a Required Transaction that is a component of a Covered Package Transaction.

  • DoD recognized unique identification equivalent means a unique identification method that is in commercial use and has been recognized by DoD. All DoD recognized unique identification equivalents are listed at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/iuid_equivalents.html.

  • Regulation S Investor With respect to a transferee of a Regulation S Global Certificate, a transferee that acquires such Certificate pursuant to Regulation S.

  • Investors means the Initial Investors and any transferee or assignee who agrees to become bound by the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9 hereof.
