Investor Partners definition

Investor Partners means all such Persons. All references in this Agreement to a majority in interest or a specified percentage of the Investor Partners shall mean Investor Partners holding more than 50% or such specified percentage, respectively, of the outstanding Units then held.

Examples of Investor Partners in a sentence

  • The Managing General Partner may change the name of the Partnership upon ten days notice to the Investor Partners.

  • The Managing General Partner may engage in business ventures of any nature and description independently or with others and neither the Partnership nor any of its Investor Partners shall have any rights in and to such independent ventures or the income or profits derived therefrom.
