Investor Parties definition

Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Investor Parties means the Investor and each Permitted Transferee of the Investor to whom shares of Series A Preferred Stock or Common Stock issued upon conversion of shares of Series A Preferred Stock are transferred pursuant to Section 5.08(b)(i).

Investor Parties means the Investor and each Permitted Transferee of the Investor to whom shares of Series A Preferred Stock or Common Stock are transferred pursuant to Section 5.08(b)(i) of the Investment Agreement.

Examples of Investor Parties in a sentence

• Subject to Section 6(c), the Company shall reimburse the Investor Parties, promptly as such expenses are incurred and are due and payable, for any legal fees or other reasonable expenses incurred by them in connection with investigating or defending any such Claim.

More Definitions of Investor Parties

Investor Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in Section 6(a).

Investor Parties means the Investor and its Permitted Transferees.

Investor Parties means Investor and its Affiliates; provided, however, that none of the Company, any Subsidiary of the Company or any Investor Investment Advisor shall be deemed to be an Investor Party.
