Investor Nominee definition

Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • The Investor Nominee shall be considered a successor of such resigning director and be subject to the terms of the Articles with respect to his or her directorship, including the term of office as a member of the designated class of director.
