Investor Majority definition

Investor Majority means [the holders of at least [ ] per cent of Series A Shares from time to time] [Note: amend as appropriate];
Investor Majority means Investors holding a majority of the Common Stock (determined on an as-converted basis) held by all Investors.
Investor Majority means the holders of shares representing at least sixty percent (60%) of the voting power of the then outstanding shares of Series C’ Preferred Stock, Series D’ Preferred Stock and Series E Preferred Stock, voting together as a single class.

More Definitions of Investor Majority

Investor Majority means the holders of a majority of the Preference Shares held by the Investors;
