Investor Letter definition

Investor Letter means that certain Investor Letter, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Investor Letter means a letter in substantially the form attached to the Indenture as Exhibit D, duly executed by a purchaser of Bonds and delivered to the Trustee.
