Investor Holders means each of the Investors and its respective Affiliates for so long as it owns any Registrable Securities and such of its respective successors and permitted assigns (including any Permitted Transferees of Registrable Securities) who acquire or are otherwise the transferee of Registrable Securities, directly or indirectly, from such Investor (or any subsequent holder), for so long as such successors and permitted assigns own any Registrable Securities.
Investor Holders means the Investor and any Wholly-Owned Affiliate of the Investor to which the Investor Transfers Equity Securities in accordance with the terms hereof.
Investor Holders shall have the same meaning as assigned to the term "Investor" in the Investor Purchase Agreement, and the term "Registerable Securities" shall have the same meaning as assigned to such term in the Investor Purchase Agreement.
