Investor Expense Reimbursement definition

Investor Expense Reimbursement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.1(i).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Investor Expense Reimbursement, shall be non-refundable when paid as of the Closing Date, regardless of whether any Fixed Purchases, VWAP Purchases or Additional VWAP Purchases are made or settled hereunder or any subsequent termination of this Agreement.

  • Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.

  • Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.
