Investor Designee definition

Investor Designee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).

Investor Designee means an individual nominated by the Board as a “Investor Designee” for election to the Board pursuant to Section 5.10(a), Section 5.10(d) or Section 5.10(e) of the Investment Agreement.
