Investor Demand definition

Investor Demand means a written request by an Investor to the Company that the Company prepare and file with the SEC the Initial Registration Statement to register the Initial Registrable Securities or an Additional Registration Statement to register Additional Registrable Securities, as applicable.
Investor Demand means a written request by an Investor to the Company that the Company prepare and file an Investor Demand Registration Statement to register Investor Demand Registrable Securities.
Investor Demand has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2(a) herein.
