Investor Default Amount definition

Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Series 2022-4 Allocable Defaulted Amount for the related Monthly Period and (b) the Floating Allocation Percentage for such Monthly Period.
Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Defaulted Account, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Default Amount and (b) the Allocation Percentage on the day such Account became a Defaulted Account.
Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Receivable in a Defaulted Account, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Default Amount and (b) the Floating Investor Percentage on the day such Account became a Defaulted Account.

More Definitions of Investor Default Amount

Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Allocable Defaulted Amount for the related Collection Period and (b) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Collection Period.
Investor Default Amount means, for any Monthly Period, the sum for all Accounts that became Defaulted Accounts during such Monthly Period, of the following amount: the product of (a) the Default Amount with respect to each such Defaulted Account and (b) the Allocation Percentage on the day such Account became a Defaulted Account.
