Investor Charge-Off definition

Investor Charge-Off means, for a Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the amount of the unfunded Investor Default Amount for that Payment Date over the amount of the Investor Default Amount applied to reduce the Available Subordinated Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement for that Payment Date.
Investor Charge-Off has the meaning specified in Section 4.07.
Investor Charge-Off shall have, with respect to each Series, the meaning specified in the applicable Supplement.

Investor Charge-Off means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate amount, if any, by which the Series [o] Investor Default Amount, if any, for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Series [o] Available Interest Amount for such Payment Date available after giving effect to clauses (a), (b) and (c) of Section 3.01.
