Investment Premium Purchase Account means each account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 2.3(l) of the Administration Agreement.
Purchase Account means the account so designated in each Purchase and Remarketing Fund.
Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
Note Account As defined in the Indenture.
Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.
Share Premium Account means the share premium account established in accordance with these Articles and the Companies Act.
Adjustment Escrow Account means the escrow account established pursuant to the Escrow Agreement in respect of the Adjustment Escrow Amount.
Special Payments Account means the Eligible Deposit Account created pursuant to Section 2.2 as a sub-account to the Collection Account.
Principal Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(i).
Purchase Amount means, with respect to a Receivable, the amount, as of the close of business on the last day of the Collection Period as of which that Receivable is purchased, required to prepay in full that Receivable under the terms thereof including accrued and unpaid interest to such last day.
Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.
Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.
Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.
Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.
Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:
Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.25% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that in no event shall the Reserve Account Required Amount on any Payment Date be more than the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Notes on such Payment Date (after giving effect to the allocation of principal payments on such Payment Date).
Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.
Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.
Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.
Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.
