Investment Plans definition

Investment Plans means investment plans offered by the Management Company and approved by the Commission, where such plans allow investors a specific investment strategy in any one or a combination of Schemes managed by the Management Company in accordance with the conditions specified by SECP.
Investment Plans or “Administrative Plans” means specialized investment plans that can combine different schemes under the management of the Management Company to cater to a specific target class of investors addressing their risk/return profile.
Investment Plans shall have the meaning attributed thereto in Section 6.3. “knowledge” (including the termto the knowledge of”) means actual knowledge, after due inquiry of appropriate employees and files.
