Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.
Investment Period shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1 hereof.
Investment Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date of the Initial Registration Statement and expiring on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Article VIII.

Except as otherwise extended by approval of the JV Shareholders in accordance with the terms of the JV Agreement, the Joint Venture will have a duration of eight years commencing from (and inclusive of) the date of its establishment, of which the first five years represent the Investment Period and the remaining three years represent the Exit Period.
During the Investment Period, a management fee (inclusive of tax) calculated based on 1.5% per annum of the total capital commitments of the Investors in accordance with the JV Agreement shall be payable by the Joint Venture to the Joint Managers.

Investment Period means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring on the date this Agreement is subsequently terminated pursuant to Article VIII.
Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day that economic development property is purchased or acquired and ending on the last day of the fifth property tax year following the Commencement Date, subject to an extension for such period as provided in Section 3.2(b) hereof.
Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day that economic development property is purchased or acquired and ending five years after the commencement date; except that for a project with an enhanced investment as described above, the period ends eight years after the commencement date. The minimum investment must be completed within five years of the commencement date. Investment period means for a qualified nuclear plant facility the period beginning with the first day that economic development property is purchased or acquired and ending ten years after the commencement date. For those sponsors that, after qualifying for the enhanced investment, have more than five hundred million dollars in capital invested in this State and employ more than one thousand people in this State, the investment period ends ten years after the commencement date. If the sponsor does not anticipate completing the project within these periods, the sponsor may apply to the county before the end of the investment period for an extension of time to complete the project. The extension may not exceed five years. If a project receives an extension of less than five years, the sponsor may apply to the county before the end of the extension period for an additional extension of time to complete the project for an aggregate extension of not more than five years. Unless approved as part of the original fee documentation, the county council of the county may approve an extension by resolution, a copy of which must be delivered to the department within thirty days of the date the resolution was adopted. An extension is not allowed for the time period in which the sponsor must meet the minimum investment requirement.”
Investment Period means: (a) with respect to any investment of funds in any Master Servicer Account (other than a Custodial Account) or any REO Account, the period that ends at the close of business (New York City time) on each Trust Determination Date (or, if the subject Investment Account relates solely to a Serviced Loan Combination, on each related Loan Combination Determination Date) and commences immediately following the end of the prior such period (or, in the case of the first such period, commences on the Closing Date); (b) with respect to any investment of funds in the Pool Custodial Account, the Interest Reserve Account or the Excess Liquidation Proceeds Account, the period that ends at the close of business (New York City time) on the Business Day prior to each Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date and commences immediately following the end of the prior such period (or, in the case of the first such period, commences on the Closing Date); (c) with respect to any investment of funds in any Loan Combination Custodial Account, the period that ends at the close of business (New York City time) on the Business Day prior to each related Loan Combination Master Servicer Remittance Date and commences immediately following the end of the prior such period (or, in the case of the first such period, commences on the Closing Date); and (d) with respect to any investment of funds in the Collection Account, the period that ends at the close of business (New York City time) on each Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date and commences immediately following the end of the prior such period (or, in the case of the first such period, commences on the Closing Date); provided that, if and to the extent that the depository institution maintaining any REO Account, Custodial Account or Trustee Account is the obligor on any investment of funds in such Investment Account, and if such funds are to be transferred to another Investment Account or distributed to Certificateholders or any Serviced Non-Trust Mortgage Loan Noteholder on the Business Day following the end of any particular Investment Period (determined without regard to this proviso) for such investment, then such Investment Period shall be deemed extended through such time on such next succeeding Business Day when such transfer or distribution is to occur.
Investment Period means the period commencing on the Initial Closing Date and ending on the earliest to occur of (a) the fourth anniversary of the Initial Closing Date and (b) the date of any early termination of the Investment Period pursuant to Section 5.6.
