Investment Losses any amounts required to be deposited by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(e) in connection with losses realized on Eligible Investments with respect to funds held in the Certificate Account and amounts required to be deposited by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 9.14(b) in connection with losses realized on Eligible Investments with respect to funds held in the REO Account;
Investment Losses any amounts required to be deposited by the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.04(d) in connection with losses realized on Permitted Investments with respect to funds held in the Primary Certificate Account;

Investment Losses means, with respect to the applicable period of determination, all losses of principal incurred during such period in connection with the Authority’s investment of amounts in the applicable Fund or Account subject to such determination, established for the Borrower under the Resolution in connection with the Series 2010 Bonds.
